Tosha Richard is the owner and a loan officer of MortgageRight Lafayette.

Born and raised in Duson, Louisiana, Tosha was first introduced to the mortgage industry through her family, including her mom who also owned her own mortgage company.

Having been in the industry in 1998, Tosha is a full-service mortgage lender, offering in-house underwriting, processing, and servicing. This allows her to closely monitor her client’s applications from beginning to end, and offer them low rates coupled with outstanding service. She especially enjoys working with first-time home buyers, as well as members of the military seeking VA home loans, since several members of her family are active or retired military.

Tosha is passionate about her Cajun culture, and in her spare time she loves Cajun cooking, attending festivals, and spending time with her family.
